In attempt to get some of my friends interested in the 2010 World Cup, I started posting a Hot World Cup player of the day on Facebook. It worked. And it was fun. So I decided that after our lovely Spanish champions returned from vacation and got back to their day jobs in La Liga, I would start a blog about it. There will be much admiring, some gossip, and even a little actual soccer.  My lovely Spanish boyfriend will help with translation and the actual soccer stuff between eyerolling and facepalms. Fun will be had by all.
